Uncoded ONLY Borrowings in a Personal or Company (Pty.Ltd Name) however use must be for Business Purposes
 

Security

 1st Registered Mortgage Rural Security in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA or WA in acceptable postcodes ( 1 or 2 Location Risk Grading)
 
Max Loan Size
 $10,000,000 @50% LVR
 
Min Loan Size
 $250,000 @50%LVR
 
Purpose
 Purchase / Refinance / Consolidation
 

Servicing

Last 2 years Financial Statements, Tax Returns and tax Assessment Notices (2009/10) & Projections to Actual's to date (Full Doc)
-Last 12 months loan statements (if refinancing an existing Mortgage)
- Last 3 months Credit Card Statements
- Last 3 months Business Bank statements (if self employed)
