a) Don't have the time to attend to non conforming loans
b) Have non conforming loans that don't suit their existing lending arrangements with their aggregator, or
c) Don't have access to non conforming funding sources

Introducers are paid $500-00 or 0.5% of the loan amount from settlement proceeds a referral fee for their services &
Union Fidelity Direct works with the applicants to source a prudent and commercially viable solution for their individual funding requirements.

Introducers receive the same auto-updates via email as the loan progresses, and are notified all the way through to post-settlement, without the need for liaison with the applicants. The client remains sovereign to the introducing broker at all times.
