What is a Centurion Loan?-When your clients do not fit into other lenders criteria, as a result of impairments, or demonstration of income, as a result of mortgage arrears, tax defaults or other logical problems this lender will use alternate methods for a finite amount of time to verify income and will overlook explainable defaults or arrears that have been resolved and will not be repeated

Servicing

Criteria is more flexible than traditional lenders.
We will need some demonstration of capacity to service in commercial terms. If the applicant is currently bankrupt, and wishes to resolve the bankruptcy then we will need proof of income from future jobs post bankruptcy sufficient to service the debt.
 



Additional Conditions
Performance Bond - An amount equivalent to one months interest at the lower interest rate will be deducted from the principal on the drawdown of the loan and paid to the Mortgage Manager. This amount will be refunded to the Borrower on repayment of all monies owing under the Loan Agreement provided the Borrower has, in the Mortgage Manager's view, conducted the loan satisfactorily and no prepayment of the principal sum is made. In the event of default under the Loan Agreement or related security documentation, the Mortgage Manager may, at its absolute discretion, apply the Performance Bond towards payment of monies outstanding by the
Borrower to the Lender under the security documentation
