Union Fidelity is about people - as with it's name
un·ion (noun) (a) The act of uniting or the state of being united.
fi·del·i·ty (n. pl. fi·del·i·ties) (a) Faithfulness to obligations, duties, or observances.

For the past 11 years Union Fidelity has facilitated loans for introducers, mortgage brokers, accountants and other financial intermediaries, in our main areas of finance facilitation:
Commercial Lending
Rural Lending
Non-Conforming and Investment Residential Lending

The Company's philosophy is one of integrity, persistence, motivation and "thinking beyond the square".

We specialise outside mainstream funders and originators facilitating loans for clients and their introducers that require time, patience, understanding and accuracy.

Our role is not one of "ticking boxes" or "entering data" - rather understanding what a client's requirements are and working with their chosen agent or intermediary in a tri-partite arrangement to a positive outcome for all involved.

We have the capacity to deal in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania, and have the staff and technology to make deals work.
